Racing UK Announces Richard FitzGerald as Chief Executive
The Board of Racing UK today announces that Richard FitzGerald has been appointed Chief Executive. He takes over in September when the current Executive Chairman, Simon Bazalgette, begins his new role as Chief Executive of the Jockey Club.

Richard FitzGerald was CEO of Aston Villa FC until February 2008 and has in recent months been working as a consultant to the owners of Manchester City FC.
