These are the Terms and Conditions of subscription with Sports-city.org for the Standard Membership.
The yearly subscription fee for the Standard Membership is £300.00 GBP + VAT and includes the following:
1. Enhanced Profile on the Directory
2. Full Access to Tender Opportunities
3. 20% discount on Job postings
4. Special rates to attend, sponsor and exhibit at sports conferences (where possible)
1. Enhanced Profile:
Allows the registered Company to be listed on our Directory with a full profile, contacts and links. The profile can be changed or updated by the registered user at anytime.
2. Tender opportunities:
As a registered Company the user can log in with password and username and access the list of Invitation for Tenders and/or other Business opportunities.
3. Job Postings:
Should the registered user decide to advertise job vacancies on the website will also be entitled to a 20% discount on the standard prices.
4. Special rates to attend, sponsor and exhibit at sports conferences
Sports City works as an official media partner for numerous sports conferences internationally and as part of such agreements tries to, where possible, arrange special rates for Sports City members wishing to attend, sponsor and exhibit at these conferences.
Timelines:
This Agreement is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of account set up which should be processed by Sports-city.org followed by notification via email to the registered user. This account will only be set up upon confirmation of payment by the registered Company into Sports-city Bank account.
Payments:
The yearly fee is a one-off payment and should be processed prior to account set up. Sports-city will raise an invoice upon acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by the Company.
Payments should be made into Sports-city Bank Account and full account details will be provided on the invoice raised.
