| APT manufacturers a range of audio codecs for radio broadcast applications. These codecs are used for Studio to Transmitter, Studio to Studio and Outside Broadcast Links. Fundamental to these codecs is the low delay capability offered by implementing the apt-X algorithm. In the units are extremely robust, fully duplex and interface with various digital transport mediums i.e. IP, E1, X.21, Satellite and ISDN.APT has marketed the technology in various forms including printed circuit board level and full system level solutions through a direct sales force and an international Distributor Network. Sales of the apt-X™ solution to OEM and Licensing customers now numbers in the millions, while PCB level and system level products have become world leaders in the professional audio and broadcast. New software developments include Adobe Audition, Pro Tools and ACM Plug In`s. The apt-X™ algorithm is also available on industry recognised DSP platforms including Motorola and ARM 7/9 Devices. |
