The England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) is the National Governing Body for Cricket and is responsible for the development of the game from Playground to Test Arena.
As the Cricket Development Manager you will work in conjunction with the County Cricket Board to manage and be accountable for the integrated delivery of a single long term strategic plan for cricket across the county.
For this role you must have demonstrable experience of cricket/sports development at grass roots level and have a sound knowledge, appreciation and understanding of the game. You will be a self-starter with energy and enthusiasm together with good administration and organisational skills. Equally you will be an excellent communicator with a passion for the development of cricket/sport for young people.
