Purpose of the job:
Coordination of Unilateral request?s allocation according to the existing resources
The Booking Back Office Coordinator is experienced Scheduling and/or Planning Officer who share the usual tasks of the Officers but with a seniority role involving him in the integration and training and later supervision of his colleagues
Main activities (the most frequent first):
? In charge of allocating and processing Broadcasters requests logged by the Front Office in terms of availability and scheduling
? Contributes to the set up of the allocation/scheduling tools to enter the available resources for unilateral services at the venues and at the IBC and in terms of telecommunication circuits
? Produces the reports necessary for applying priority and arbitration rules
? Assists with the training and integration of the Scheduling/Planning Staff

Education:
Bachelor?s degree (preferred)
Work experience:
? Broadcast knowledge
? Technical knowledge ? Scheduling and Planning
? Experience in large-scale event organization and management
