PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
- Supports implementation of the licensing programme for EURO 2008™
- Manages product approval and retail activities as directed
- Supports preparation for EURO 2012™
- Develops and manages the retail and licensing programme in Ukraine or Poland for UEFA EURO 2012™
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Priority for first 6 months to deliver coordination activities, such as licensing and retail approvals for EURO 2008™. Use EURO 2008™ as an opportunity to gain experience for the next event.
- Representative of the retail and licensing programme in Poland or Ukraine
- Managing the Official Retailer programme in Poland or Ukraine
- Reaching licensing agreements with local companies that represent the best of Poland or Ukraine
- Delivering the onsite, fan zone, airports and official hotels retail programme
- Focusing on EURO 2012 to compile and provide written documentation on the marketing and business in Poland or Ukraine
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generating strong awareness of EURO 2012™ via product and retail
- Delivering the revenue target in Poland or Ukraine

EDUCATION:
- University degree or higher education in business or marketing
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in managing commercial sports rights, in particular licensing
- Strong background in retail business development
- Business and retail background in Host country
BUSINESS KNOW-HOW & IT-SKILLS:
- Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of most used computer software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Russian or Polish - native speaker (mandatory)
- English - fluent (oral and written)
- French - good knowledge
