Head Performance Coach (Men) – WATER POLO
Salary:
F1 – £24,344 to £33,624 per annum

British Swimming is the National Governing Body for Swimming and its associated disciplines in Great Britain with its headquarters situated in the centre of Loughborough.
Applications are invited for the post of Head Performance Coach (Men) responsible to the National Performance Director – Water Polo. Overall responsibility will be for coaching elite athletes to success on the European and World Stage. The position will be based in Manchester.
You will have the responsibility for effectively planning, implementing and delivering Water Polo programmes that will lead to success for competitors at international level. The role involves producing and implementing programmes and associated budget plans in conjunction with the National Performance Director for preparation and competition at major national and international Water Polo events.
Candidates must have a recognised National or International Water Polo coaching qualification or equivalent and proven experience of coaching elite Water Polo athletes to medal positions on the world stage.
