British Swimming is the National Governing Body for Swimming and its associated disciplines in Great Britain with its headquarters situated in the centre of Loughborough.
Applications are invited for the post of National Performance Director for Synchronised Swimming responsible to the CEO. Overall responsibility will be for coaching elite athletes to success at the Beijing and London Olympic Games.
You will have the responsibility for effectively devising, implementing and managing the performance and excellence strategy for Synchronised Swimming within British Swimming. The role involves producing and implementing programmes and their associated budget plans to support the identification and preparation of elite athletes.
Successful candidates must have proven experience of coaching elite Synchronised Swimmers to medal positions on the world stage.
