PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Digital Media Services Coordinator will work within the UMET Partner Services team on the day-to-day administration and coordination of activities related to UMET's digital media service for UEFA partners. The role will include key responsibilities related to the setup and coordination of internet, mobile and other digital media services for UEFA partners in various competitions.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
• Client/account management digital media service delivery for UEFA partners
• Acts as key point of contact for UEFA agency and/or partners with servicing needs and requests
• Liaises with UMET content & ICT teams on partner needs and to ensure services are fully delivered
• Prepares detailed presentations and reports for external partners and internal management teams
• Oversees and coordinates the setup of live internet streaming coverage of various UEFA competitions
• Coordinates mobile-related service requests on behalf of partners
• Assists with various digital media tasks and initiatives for UEFA partners and liaises with UEFA Marketing where necessary
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversees effective coordination & implementation of partner services on a cross-unit basis
• Supports and liases with UEFA agency, broadcasters and digital media partners
EDUCATION:
• University degree or equivalent in media/technology domain
WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Previous experience in client/account management role
• Previous experience within digital media/web environment
BUSINESS KNOW-HOW & IT-SKILLS:
• Strong understanding of broadband internet video and wireless content areas
• Excellent MS Office skills (particulary PowerPoint and Excel)
• Ability to quickly compile detailed presentations and reports
