PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Organise, in a cost effective and high service level, the EURO 2012 accreditation, to ensure a high level of safety and fluid circulation in the stadia for the people working there, at the Draws and other specific locations of UEFA EURO 2012 requiring accreditation.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
• Establish the concept of the UEFA EURO 2012 Accreditation by developing an easy to handle tight system and the principle of “one person – one accreditation”
• Establish a smooth and effective top quality access and accreditation procedure for all to be accredited target groups in a cost effective way.
• Set up the operational strategy for the Accreditation Devices (AD) and Supplementary Accreditation Devices (SAD’s);
• Work with UEFA FAME systems as the core accreditation tool.
• Where necessary suggest adaptations to FAME accreditation module, so it is aligned with specific tournament needs.
• Define, implement and accompany the Accreditations’ application procedures, combining security, access and restrictions aligned with the need of the users;
• Organise the implementation and the running of the Accreditation Centres in the two host-countries;
• During operational phase, will certify him/her-self that all the Target Groups have a correct access level and keep flexible to some necessary adaptations.
• Organise the distribution of the Accreditation devices and SAD’s;
• Establish a briefing concept for all user groups and ensure the briefing; organise the functional training of his/her staff and volunteers;
• Negotiate with authorities concerning Police screening;
• Contributes to knowledge management and TIS in areas concerned.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Establishes and controls the budget and ensures project management of this area.
• Leads and coaches the accreditation management group.
EDUCATION:
• University degree
WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Experience within international accreditation operations, preferably within a World Class Sport Event
• Experience in a Client/Customer Service Role within a fast moving and pressurised environment
BUSINESS KNOW-HOW & IT-SKILLS:
• MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Strong Negotiation and Analytical Skills
