| Description |
To manage the coordination and organisation of all production activities and resources to ensure the timely delivery of all projects on UEFA's official internet platform(s), according to the specifications defined by the project management team under the leadership of the head of Web and Content.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
• Controls and manages project budgets, project schedules, resource allocation (internal and external, including third parties with allocated budget)
• Liaises with colleagues in Web and Content – editorial and project management team – and other units (particularly Partner Services and the ICT team) on the delivery of projects
• Establishes a consistent planning framework for the introduction and implementation of project, delivery and reporting processes. Defines, agrees and implements a global production plan with the project management team to govern deliverables from all production partners. This should ensure proper communication, project definition, management of changes, planning/setting of deadlines, quality control, operational handover and liaison with editorial, technical and project management teams.
• Defines, agrees and implements delivery process improvements
• Manages all day-to-day operational and site maintenance aspects in collaboration with the web producer
• Manages project archives, documentation, storage systems
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborates with the delivery teams (in particular with the uefa.com development team at DeltaTre) to deliver projects and solutions as defined by the project management team
DECISION-MAKING POWERS:
• Management responsibility for UEFA's production partners in the delivery of all projects on UEFA's official internet platform(s) as per the general instructions (including budgetary) provided by the head of Web and Content

EDUCATION:
• University degree or equivalent
• Computer engineering degree or equivalent
• Web design degree
WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Web production management experience (min. five years)
• Project and team management
