PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Implement and manage a mapping system for all stadia in Poland which corresponds to the needs of all internal groups (organisational areas, media areas, hospitality areas etc). Ensure in collaboration with the Maps & Plans Advisor within the EURO Division that the mapping system is consistent across all stadia. Produce and manage latest maps and drawings and be a central resource for the company with regard to on-site maps & plans needs.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
• Implement a coding system to ensure consistency across all stadia;
• Ensure that all maps are received in useable formats and liaise with relevant architects;
• Allocate facilities to the different stadium locations and always be aware of latest situation;
• Carry out simulations for internal divisions comparing requirements to space limitations;
• Provide final maps and plans in a format to be used in manuals and official documentation;
• Ensuring the map elements of all documentation and training manuals are up to date and accurate;
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the management of the maps and plans in Poland.

EDUCATION:
• University degree (technical)
• Technical drawing
WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Up to 3 years in a technical drawing company;
• Experience working with maps and plans, preferably in an event related environment.
BUSINESS KNOW-HOW & IT-SKILLS:
• AUTOCAD/ARCHICAD/3D programmes (3D Studiomax or Viz etc);
• MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Corel & Photoshop or equivalent.

• Polish – native
• English – fluent spoken and written
• Ukrainian – a strong advantage
