PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Create and implement in conjunction with the Ceremonies Advisor within the UEFA EURO Division an entertainment programme at the stadiums in Poland - on-pitch, giant screens, CATV and public announcement system. In addition, to create and implement entertainment programmes at other events around the tournament and in the build-up phase.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:
• Development of ''creative'' for entertainment programmes.
• Management and liaison with suppliers and external consultants in the creative process.
• Ensures implementation of entertainment programmes in Poland at the stadiums and events, through external suppliers or in-house staff.
• Management of supplier contracts related to entertainment programmes.
• Coordination with the host broadcaster and media to ensure good media coverage of the entertainment programmes.
• Implements logistics of entertainment programmes in cooperation with other departments and in line with internal policies.
• Ensures appropriate technical infrastructure for entertainment programmes at the stadiums and venues, in cooperation with the Ceremonies Advisor, technical services and venue operations departments.
• Organises the circle ''plan/do/control/act'' in the most efficient and effective way.
• Splits tasks, delegates accordingly but keeps overview and ability to anticipate at any time
• Establishes a lean information system to up-date superiors and subordinates.
• Liaise with other departments and suppliers to ensure consistency.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible to achieve the agreed business objectives.
• Responsible to spend money economically and respect the budgets.
• Lead her/his team and project members successfully (including the follow-up of existing project management tools and transfer of knowledge).

EDUCATION:
• University degree
• Education in entertainment technology, drama or similar subjects.

WORK EXPERIENCE:
• > 6 years in the entertainment business.
• > 2 years as producer/production assistant/coordinator in event or spectacle involving more than 500 persons.
• > 2 years in travelling international concerts or spectacles.
• > 2 years in international spectacles or events.

BUSINESS KNOW-HOW & IT-SKILLS:
• Ability to work with MS Office
• Project-management skills
• Familiar with leadership-instruments
• Able to develop information, reporting and control tools
• Powerpoint or other presentation software
