PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Manage the set up of stadium ticketing plans and an efficient and fair seat assignment process.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:
• Set up and maintain stadium plans in the ticketing system.
• Set up and maintain stadium plans in AutoCAD.
• Conduct exhaustive seat checks in all stadia to ensure that stadium plans are regularly updated and of highest accuracy.
• Define new venue configuration according to UEFA EURO 2012™ standards where required.
• Set up processes and develop protocols in order to establish a standardised seat assignment plan.
• Prepare detailed seat assignment plans for all events in close cooperation with Ticketing Manager.
• Produce and present the seating plans to various customer groups and authorities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Management of a small team.

EDUCATION:
• Commercial apprentee-ship or University Degree

WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Ticketing experience in football environment
• 3-5 years working experience
• Experience in organising events and in project management

BUSINESS KNOW-HOW & IT-SKILLS:
• General IT and graphical tools (e.g. AutoCAD)
• MS Office (especially Excel, Access)
