PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To support the organisation and delivery of editorial (news, match, data, community, live and photos) content on UEFA's official Internet platform(s) and in UEFA publications/programming.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
• Coordination of all interviews and special features content on UEFA's official Internet platform(s) and in related UEFA publications and programming
• Liaison and communication with other members of the editorial team to coordinate coverage and exposure of interviews and special features on UEFA's official Internet platform(s) and in related UEFA publications and programming according to an agreed timetable
• Managing external resources (correspondents, reporters, etc) in terms of procedures and deliverables (text, news, features, subbing, monitoring, community, live/match coverage, etc) related to this content
• Provide input and support for homepage and community management as part of the overall news gathering team, ensuring close cooperation with other colleagues (production, development, multilingual and multimedia)
• Application of standards and editorial procedures for all text, multimedia and statistic content according to UEFA standards/values/style
• Management of the delivery of content according to departmental deadlines and ensures that content appears in the desired manner - together with ensuring coordination with the production team
• Liaison with colleagues and other departments in the delivery of editorial content for publication on UEFA's official Internet platform(s) and in related UEFA publications and programming
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Management of delivery of interviews and other features on UEFA's official Internet platform(s) and in related UEFA publications and programming to the highest journalistic standards and ensuring coordination between UEFA colleagues and external suppliers/provider
• Coordination of the global editorial approach (namely the integration with multimedia (video, audio, graphics and photos) and the consideration of multilingual versioning procedures) within the editorial team and in accordance with the requirements set by the Editorial Management.

EDUCATION:
• University degree in journalism/communications
WORK EXPERIENCE:
• 2-3 years of demonstrable journalism experience/qualifications
• Journalism experience in Sports and in particular football
• Experience in coordinating delivery of editorial content
BUSINESS KNOW-HOW & IT-SKILLS:
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
PERSONAL QUALITIES
• Ability to work with own initiative in a creative and independent way
• Strong team player with the ability to work across different functions
• Able to embrace change
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work under pressure in a calm and professional manner
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
• English: fluent oral and written
