Purpose of the job
Manage all administrative and organisational tasks for the club licensing unit.
Main activities
• Provides administrative and organisational support to the head of the club licensing unit, ensuring that the defined deadlines and objectives are met.
• Organises meetings of the Club Licensing Committee and Club Financial Control Panel.
• Organises the unit’s administrative tasks and shares the administrative work with the unit’s other assistant.
• Organises internal and external meetings, prepares the corresponding documents, drafts the corresponding action lists (not related to compliance activities).
• Organises and manages workshops (in Switzerland and abroad), including logistics, technical set-up and social activities.
• Acts as the point of contact for national football associations.
• Ensures and maintains good relation with the national football associations.
• Manages and updates the FAME (football administration and management tool) and KISS (knowledge and information sharing scenario education programme) platforms.
Main responsibilities
• Responsible for managing all organisational and administrative activities for meetings and workshops.
• Responsible for managing the FAME and KISS platforms.
Education
• Secretarial/business diploma
Work Experience
• At least three years’ secretarial experience
• Experience of working in an international environment
Business know-how and IT Skills
• Ability to take minutes
• Ability to draft letters in UEFA's official languages (English, French, German)
• Knowledge of common computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Language skills
• French : native speaker
• English : fluent (oral and written)
• Russian : strong asset
• German : a plus
