Profile
• Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales environment
• Education: University degree in Business Management
• Languages: Fluent in English, any other language like French, German, Polish, Ukrainian or Russian would be a strong advantage
Purpose of the job
Coordinate ticket sales to group customers and support the identification and implementation of related sub processes such as order processing, customer service and invoicing.
Main activities
• Define and streamline order processes for the different ticketing group customers
• Support the implementation of such order processes
• Handle incoming orders
• Support the invoicing and payment processing according to defined regulations
• Be the point person during the seating, fulfilment and distribution process for respective customers and liaise with the respective sub-projects in Ticketing
• Liaise with and support group customers throughout the process
• Be available to support the Head of PTAS and to work on other UEFA events when required
Main responsibilities
• Operational smooth running of the group sales
• Support accurate ticket reconciliation for group sales
