Nikkei to become an Official FIFA Media Supporter

Nikkei Inc. has entered into an agreement with FIFA to become an Official FIFA Media Supporter.
Under the terms of this agreement, Nikkei, continuing from their role at the 2006 FIFA World Cup Germany™, will conduct various activities in Japan to support the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa and FIFA’s other competitions throughout the term.
Nikkei will carry in-depth coverage on all FIFA tournaments and will try to fulfill their readers’ increasing interests in sports. Nikkei have also agreed to organise promotional events such as symposiums and continue to support football in a variety of ways.
