TickEx Announces It Has Become Britain’s Largest Event Ticket Database

TickEx (www.tickex.com), Britain’s top new-generation vertical search engine, announced that its online search and e-commerce site, which is designed to allow buyers and sellers to list, search for, bid on and pay for products, now includes more tickets for sale than on any other online UK ticket seller. The TickEx database includes more than 500,000 tickets to UK performing-arts events – enough to fill up three Glastonbury Festivals and five sold-out shows at Wembley Arena. Visitors to the site use vertical search features that allow them to look for tickets by artist, venue, cost, date and seat location, and sellers can opt to purchase premium placements.
