Presidents Of Three 2014 Olympic Winter Bids In Guatemala

Reuters reports that the three presidents of the countries bidding to host the 2014 Winter Olympic Games will be travelling to Guatemala next month to lobby the Olympic officials who will select the host city of the 2014 Games.
Russia’s President Vladimir Putin is joining Austria’s President Heinz Fisher and South Korea’s President Roh Moo-hyun.
An official at the Ministry of Foreign Relations told Reuters Monday, “the three presidents of South Korea, Austria and Russia have confirmed they will be coming to Guatemala for the IOC meeting”.
The International Olympic Committee (IOC) is having its session in Guatemala City and members of the IOC will vote for Salzburg, PyeongChang or Sochi on July 4.
