Monopoly Agreement for Lusail to Organize Motor GP

Qatar Motor and Motorcycles Federation (QMMF) to ink deal with Dourna Sports Foundation, the organizers of the Motor GP Championships around the world, as to organize the championship at Lusial International Circuit for the next seven years starting 2009 to 2016.
During a meeting held in Donington Park where the parties agreed to The agreement will be signed during the meeting held between Mr. Nasser Bin Khalifa Al Attiyah, QMMF President and Mr. Carmillo Etheblieta, President of Dourna Sports Foundation.

The contract will be signed at an international signing ceremony, ensuring the high position and the great success of Lusail Circuit.
Mr. Etheblieta said: it is an honor for Motor GP family to organize the championship in Qatar, as the facilities Qatar provides in Lusail is an ideal model to be followed.
Mr. Al Attiyah said: the agreement with Dourna Sports means that QMMF will have lots of investment opportunities in Sport, Economy and tourism.
"The Agreement well secure excellent development for Luasil Circuit that will be an economic foundation supports the national economy" QMMF president added.
