BILLA the Official Shop in Austria for stocking EURO items

Mascots, beach towels and numerous other UEFA EURO 2008™ licensed products will be available in BILLA shops throughout Austria from the beginning of August.
Official shop
The country's leading supermarket chain is the official shop for licensed products in Austria and will sell these items in more than 1,000 retail outlets. The product range includes footballs, rucksacks, stationery and cuddly toy replicas of official mascots Trix and Flix. Over the next few weeks, the selection will be increased through the addition of UEFA EURO 2008™ merchandise such as key-rings, T-shirts and special products for young football fans. Items will cost ˆ2-75.
Part of the 2008 experience
"We are very pleased to welcome BILLA to the UEFA EURO 2008™ programme. BILLA's extensive store network will ensure football fans across Austria can be part of the UEFA EURO 2008™ experience via official licensed products," said Philippe Margraff, chief operating officer of UEFA Marketing and Media Management. "From the autumn, we will also be launching food products," explained Josef Siess, Chairman of BILLA AG.
Licensed products
Since June, Intersport has been selling licensed products in both host countries as the UEFA EURO 2008™ official sports shop for licensed products. From December, the products will be available from 850 shops in 23 countries. The Manor chain of department stores is the official shop for licensed products In Switzerland.
