 LIVE Online Broadcast Coverage of EuroBasket 2007

FIBA Europe and MediaZone, a leading global online broadcaster of licensed video and audio content, announced their strategic partnership to offer LIVE online coverage of all EuroBasket 2007 and EuroBasket Women’s games.

With the Olympic basketball qualifying season officially under way, these hard-fought, passionate basketball tournaments will feature some of the world’s best players including NBA stars Tony Parker, Jorge Garbajosa, Mehmet Okur, Dirk Nowitzki, Pau Gasol and Andrei Kirilenko as well as European league stars such as Marco Belinelli and Ademola Okulaja.

This year’s EuroBasket games is taking place from September 3-16 in Alicante, Granada, Palma de Mallorca, Sevilla and Madrid, Spain and EuroBasket Women taking place September 24 - October 7 in the Italian cities of Vasto, Ortona, Lanciano and Chieti. Avid basketball fans will be able to watch the top 16 European countries compete for this year’s championship title in both the men’s and women’s categories LIVE or On Demand, with many games including play-by-play commentary.
