PROFESSIONAL GOAL
My experiences at Universiade and Olympic Organizing Committees drove me to make important experiences in the organization of complex projects linked to Sport events: for them, besides the responsibility of managing transport services, I supervised the entire process of preparation, planning and management of the event.
In my actual work in CSST I have integrated the previous experiences with the project point of view of developing organizational strategies in the transport area, including: flows management, lanes definition and the building of an interchange hub.
In these fields, I have already had roles of great responsibility and I frequently coordinated the works of external actors and contractors during planning phases, managing a large working team, improving my skills in the goal oriented proficiency and the complexity management.

• Activities/Responsibilities:
- Analisis and definition of every client transport needs (2500 Athletes, 500 Media, 200 VIP, 3000 Volunteers)
- Planning and carrying out every activity to guarantee movements and parking of clients inside and outside the venues (12 Competition Venues, 4 Non Competition Venues, 3 Villages, 10 Hotels);
- Supply and management of all transport vehicle of the Event (over 350 cars, over 80 buses);
- Definition, selection, coordination and management of every services and operators on Transport side;
- Recruitment, management and responsability of all the Transport team (32 Paid Staff and over 500 Volunteers);
- Management and responsability of the Functional area budget

Function: Transport Pre-Games role: Fleet Operations Supervisor
• Main Activities/Responsabilities:
- Planning and carrying out the T3 service for the Olympic Family (similar to a taxi service, supplied with 250 cars and over 1000 volunteer drivers)
- Analysis of supply solutions and management of the fleet (auto&van;), their optionals and the areas needed to carry out Fleet&Bus; Operations (over 2500 vehicles and related parking)
- Analysis, in cooperation with Cities Municipality and Bus Contractors, of the routes and roads from venues and hotels

- Ability in planning, management and negotiation between internal and external Functional Areas

- Co-responsible of Lingotto depot (180 cars, over 570 volunteers, 8 paid staff)
- Responsible of T3 service (taking client requests, services delivery, communication with venues, assignment and de-assignment of keys, phone and radio, volunteer roster and management, vehicle maintenance, referent for call centre)

• Responsibilities / Activities:
