Brief Description
Operational readiness training for event owners/organizers for senior managers/staff/volunteers/external partners, contingency training for events and transport, training as part of the implementation of new systems/procedures, "train the trainer"-program for internal resources within an organization/company.
Profile
We provide a well proven training methodology documented through a research project to have great effect. We customize the training program based on strategy, contingency plans and risk analyzes. The focus in the training is based on what the participants need/want to train on/improve/get a better understand of. Trained on reality, the participants are empowered to act confidently in normal and contingency situations and to reduce operational risks. As time and resources are limited, a training integrated in the daily work/structure will not call for extra resources. We deliver all our exercises in a data base by use of CIM (Crisis Issue Management) Through the training the participants will establish a mutual and clear understanding of roles, responsibilities and tasks which will contribute to • more efficient handling of tasks both in normal and contingency/crisis situations • better cooperation and communicating within the functions and between the functions When the participants have a good knowledge of the organizational structure and how to handle normal and contingency/crisis situations the quality in handling the tasks will improve. Increased efficiency and quality, improved cooperation and flow of communication will have a positive effect on the use of resources (both human and capital). We train internal trainers in our methodology and methods to enable them to exert training modules themselves.
