CORPORATE & SPORTING EVENTS commenced trading in June 2008 and through our experienced team, we have quickly established a strong focus for the delivery of high quality service to all our clients.
We specialise in the management of transport, travel and accommodation services for major stakeholders at numerous events throughout the UK and Europe. These include amongst others, athletics, cycling, rowing, badminton, modern pentathlon, gymnastics, netball and triathlon.
We provide all accredited personnel including competitors and support staff with a complete service from their arrival at the airport until their departure.
Our core staff based in the West Midlands control all operational aspects of our events and we have a strong field based team who provide an excellent service on-site to each project for the delivery of the agreed services.
Though a recently created company, we have secured the necessary trading licences including IATA (International Air Transport Association) for the provision of airline tickets and ATOL bonding which allows us to arrange packages for those wishing to attend major event or compete at amateur events.
Our awareness from experience of the complexity of both CORPORATE & SPORTING EVENTS has led us to create a management programme that interfaces between the logistics requirements of travel, transport and accommodation and the needs of the organiser to control event entries and be aware of updates and changes as they arise. We have made this system available to clients without charge and it provides via password control and language capability an invaluable tool in the preparations of complex events. |
