These are the Terms and Conditions of subscription with Sports-city.org for inclusion of the Company's profile on the directory of providers & suppliers.

 

The yearly fee for the inclusion of the Company's profile on the directory of providers & suppliers is £150.00 GBP + VAT and includes the following:

Allows the registered Company to be listed on our Directory with a full profile, contacts and links. The profile can be changed or updated by the registered user at anytime.

 

This Agreement is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of account set up which should be processed by Sports-city.org followed by notification via email to the registered user. This account will only be set up upon confirmation of payment by the registered Company into Sports-city Bank account.

The yearly fee is a one-off payment and should be processed prior to account set up. Sports-city will raise an invoice upon acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by the Company.

Payments should be made into Sports-city Bank Account and full account details will be provided on the invoice raised.

 

 

Sportscity.org does not give any warranty or other assurance as to the operation, quality or functionality of the site. Access to the site may be interrupted, restricted or delayed for any reason. Sportscity.org also does not give any warranty or other assurance as to the jobs or Tenders and content of the material appearing on the site, its accuracy, completeness, timelessness or fitness for any particular purpose.

 

To the full extent permissible by law, sportscity.org disclaims all responsibility for any damages or losses (including, without limitation, financial loss, damages for loss in business projects, loss of profits or other consequential losses) arising in contract, tort or otherwise from the use of or inability to use the Site or any material appearing on sportscity.org, or from any action or decision taken as a result of using sportscity.org or any such material.

 

Sportscity.org contains links to external sites. Sportscity.org is not responsible for and has no control over the content of such sites. Information on sportscity.org, or available via hypertext link from sportscity.org, is made available without responsibility on the part of sportscity.org.
