Company Description
The Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) is the governing body of tennis in Great Britain, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Its objects are to promote and develop tennis and to advance and safeguard the interests of the sport and the governing body. It was founded in 1888, and since February 2007 is headquartered at the new National Tennis Centre in Roehampton (South West London) having moved from its previous location at the Queen\'s Club.

Description

The development of homegrown talent capable of winning the world’s major tournaments and slams is reliant upon robust business systems and processes to support British Tennis service delivery.

It will be your task to support the ongoing; review, development and implementation of these business processes and to project manage the development and delivery of the supporting systems. You will contribute to exploring the opportunities for improving business practices, provide the interface between the IT team and business users across the organisation and manage relationships with external contractors.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a successful track record in the review and development of business processes, a thorough understanding of the principles and methodologies of project management (ideally Prince 2) and advanced IT and proven customer relationship management skills, including the use of CRM systems. Effective communication is also essential, along with the ability to understand user requirements, work closely with the IT team and present technology solutions to business users in straightforward terms.
