| Description |
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Provide an efficient and appropriate support of the Marketing Director, manage the division's administrative life and support the Media Rights Unit.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
• Provide the Marketing Director with adequate management support and assist in preparing all management materials (e.g. reports for ExCo, other committees or working groups).
• Provide regular and accurate financial information to the Marketing Director for quarterly budget reviews with the Finance department.
• Responsible for the agenda management of the Marketing Director, the organisation of meetings and presentations.
• Organise the travel arrangements for the Marketing Director and the Media Rights Unit.
• Manage TimeAs and divisional holiday planning.
• Coordinate quarterly reports with the Media and Marketing units.
• Assist Divisional colleagues and become involved in other projects as and when required.
• Manage invitations and ticket allocations for the Club Finals and the European Championship.
• Prepare Christmas card mailing list.
• Ensure efficient circulation of information within the Division.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Deal with all administrative aspects of the division
• Coordinate the Marketing Advisory Committee meetings (manage correspondence, prepare meeting agendas and documents, take the minutes and follow-up on meeting action points
EDUCATION:
• Good general education background, marketing and business degree
WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Experience in similar position as PA to executive management
• Experience in a sports marketing environment
• Working in an international and multi-cultural environment
BUSINESS KNOW-HOW & IT SKILLS:
• Computer Literate(Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Ability to keep all documents
• Monitoring of budgets
• Ability to keep all documentation in order, efficient filling, define priorities, plan activities, manage time effectively and handle information
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
• English - fluent oral and written
• French - fluent oral and written
• German - fluent oral and written
