Be part of a network of support for players, coaches and clubs across the country – helping us in our aim to attract, identify and develop talented young players and coaches, promote competition and develop community tennis.
Working very closely with the Tennis Development Manager (TDM), The TPC will have a key role in enabling to attract more young players into the key clubs, develop better club programmes and ensure quality competitive opportunities are available to juniors.
Within the role the TPC will manage talent ID, selection and development systems especially for the youngest age groups within the under 10’s in a designated area in the country.
The team works in partnership with teams across the organisation and external stakeholders to transform British tennis, that is, to maximise our potential and increase the number of British players competing and winning within the top 100.
We’re looking for an experienced professional coach with a proven track record in identifying and bringing on young talent (7-10 years) who can bring a focused team approach to ensure the quality of the clubs and competitions is further developed.
We want to see more British players make it through to the Top 100 and winning the major tournaments and slams. Share our vision for British tennis at and then help us deliver it.
