START DATE:

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Assist the Head of Competition administration and the AD manager in the implementation of the UEFA Anti-Doping programme initiated in 2005 (testing programme, education, DCOs, TUE).
Ensure the administration and office work within the AD team.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
• Assists in the organisation and administration of AD Panel meetings and correspondence
• Assists in the organisation, support, administration and education of doping control officers (DCO seminar)
• Assists in the organisation and administration of the anti-doping education and awareness programme for the football family
• Participates in the development of anti-doping regulations, procedures and documents
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensures that anti-doping information, files and data are efficiently managed, archived and available
• Ensures that FAME (database) is constantly updated with doping information and data (test results, TUE, appointments, etc.)
• Maintain up to date and accurate information on the DCO extranet, uefa.com
EDUCATION:
• Commercial certificate or similar
• Legal or scientific specializations an asset
WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of 2-3 years in anti-doping administration (sports organisations)
BUSINESS KNOW-HOW & IT-SKILLS:
• Computer literate (Excel, Word, database, etc.)
• WADA Code and international standards
• Sense of planning, organisation and control
