The 2010 Youth Olympic Games has signed up five companies as official supporters.
City Tours, Freshening Industries, Moving Bits, OTTO Waste Systems and Purechem Veolia have signed partnership deals for the inaugural event, which takes place in Singapore in August next year.
Chief executive of the Singapore Youth Olympic Games Organising Committee Goh Kee Nguan said: “These official supporters will provide a variety of products that contribute to the overall success of the Games. The sponsorship is budget relieving and an important aspect in the planning and organising of the Games.
“This is the first series of official supporters we are announcing and there will be more to come. We are heartened that companies recognise this as an opportunity to associate themselves with the Olympic movement while showcasing their products and services.”
