2010 Youth Games announces two more sponsors 17/12/2009 |

Energizer Singapore has signed a sponsorship deal with the Singapore Youth Olympic Games Organising Committee (SYOGOC) to be the official battery supplier of the 2010 Youth Olympic Games.
Banana Boat, a brand owned by Energizer, has also signed up as Singapore 2010’s official sunscreen product sponsor.
Energizer Singapore will provide batteries for athletes’ personal items and the Games’ timing equipment, while all athletes and officials will be supplied with Banana Boat’s sports performance line of sunscreen.
Chief executive of SYOGOC Goh Kee Nguan said: “Energizer batteries and Banana Boat sunscreen have served generations of people and are well-known household names. I am sure participants of Singapore 2010 will find these items practical and useful during the Games.
“The potential we can explore with Energizer Singapore extends beyond product sponsorship as they are firm advocates of youth development.”
