Saracens is offering fans a money-back guarantee on half-season tickets if the club does win all its remaining home games this season.
It made the remarkable offer on its website yesterday (Jan 7), saying it will give fans purchasing a ticket for the remainder of the season a 100% refund if the team fails to win every game at home.
Saracens is top of the Guinness Premiership and still has at least six home games to play. The games covered by the half-season tickets are Toulon in the Challenge Cup and Newport-Gwent Dragons in the LV Cup, and Worcester, Bath, Newcastle and Harlequins in the Premiership.
The offer only applies to half-season tickets bought by January 30 and tickets are available in the Lower Rous and South stands at Vicarage Road. Two of Saracens four Premiership ‘home’ games will be played at Wembley, but fans will receive an equivalent seat as part of the half-season ticket deal.
