Japan’s World Cup bid has announced Adidas Japan and five companies from the media and travel industries as its first official partners.
As well as Adidas, the backers are the Asahi Shimbun Company, Sankei Shimbun Co, SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings, JTB Global Marketing & Travel, and Nishitetsu Travel Co.
Additional sponsors for the country’s campaign will be announced in the coming months.
