Input Media has retained its contract to produce the world feed, daily highlights and a range of other services at the French Open tennis championships.
The London-based sports production company has been handed a new three-year contract after a tender process.
Input Media will produce more than 150 hours of programming on site from Roland Garros, including the world feed and daily highlights, and an hour-long tournament review show. It will also provide highlights and feature content for the website and tournament big screens.
Input Media first won the French Open world feed contract in 2008. The new deal runs until 2012 and Input Media executive chairman David Wood said: “The French Open is one of the world’s greatest annual sporting events and it’s a privilege to be associated with it.
“To have been retained is a tribute to the hard work and innovation the Input Media team has brought to the French Open world feed, and the other production services we have delivered at Roland Garros. We’re excited about the future, and the new ideas we have for all our French Open programmes going forward.”
