Ladbrokes has reported a 28 per cent drop in profits for 2009.
Profit before tax fell to £191.3m in the year ending December 31 – down from £265.6m the year before.
Ladbrokes is looking for a new chief executive after Chris Bell announced last month that he was stepping down after almost 20 years with the betting company.
