Jockey Club Racecourses has appointed Integral UK to maintain facilities at all 14 of its tracks.
Integral will look after facilities such as grandstands, client boxes, stables, restaurants and conference areas at courses including Aintree, Cheltenham, Epsom and Newmarket.
The contract was awarded after a formal tender and follows the completion of a five-year £95m investment programme by Jockey Club Racecourses on its facilities.
Integral national sales manager Gary Odgers said: “This contract will lead to cost savings for Jockey Club Racecourses. It will ensure standardisation of maintenance activities and statutory compliance for all the racecourses, together with a single point of contact for all maintenance-related activities.
“We will also simplify the process by dramatically reducing the number of suppliers utilised by the courses.”
