Royal Lytham and St Annes has been chosen to host the 2015 Walker Cup.
Next year's Walker Cup, which sees Britain and Ireland’s best amateurs take on their American counterparts, is at Royal Aberdeen in Scotland - and the 2013 match will take place at the National Links of America on New York's Long Island.
Royal Lytham and St Annes was the course on which Bobby Jones famously became only the third amateur to win the Open Championship in 1926. It has hosted a total of 10 Opens and will do so again in 2012.
