Jean Dupre has been named the new chief executive of the Canadian Olympic Committee (COC).
Dupre joins the COC after 15 years as director general of Speed Skating Canada. He replaces Chris Rudge, who resigned last week.
The COC has also announced Chris Overholt as its new chief operating officer and chief marketing officer. Overholt has previously worked for the Toronto Raptors, Florida Panthers and Miami Dolphins.
