Barcelona star Lionel Messi has signed an endorsement deal with Chinese car brand Chery Automobile.
The company will use the World Player of the Year to promote its luxury lines.
Spokesman Jin Yibo said: "Messi is the best football player in the world, and thus he makes a great ambassador to represent our premium Riich brand.”
Chery aims to double exports this year to 100,000 vehicles
