Football Association chairman Lord Triesman is confident about England's chances of hosting the 2018 World Cup after putting together the bid book.
David Beckham will personally present the book to Fifa president Sepp Blatter in Zurich on Friday (May 14).
The former England captain will be accompanied by Triesman and bid chief executive Andy Anson.
"It's fantastic, the work that's gone on in the cities and the work that's gone on with the team here at Wembley," Triesman told Sky Sports. "I think it has produced a very exciting book.
"I read through it and I want to visit every one of those cities and be in every one of those fan-fests. I think it's a testament to the passion we've got for our football and the quality of our stadia. It really ought to be a winning bid.
"I say it ought to be a winning bid because we're up against tough competition. But I think we've exceeded expectations, and we've got in our thinking what we can do for the rest of the world.
"We'll do things that will leave a profound legacy in this country. We’ll get kids from every kind of group of every kind of ability playing football in the future, and also kids around the world who are not necessarily as advantaged as we are in this country."
Inspections of each bidding nation are due to take place between July and September with the final vote cast by Fifa's executive committee on December 2.
"I think we've got a genuinely good chance," Triesman added.
"I've remained very optimistic because of the reception we've been getting from the Fifa executive committee members around the world.
"I think the difference it will make here is that a new generation will be very inspired. Some of us will be relatively old by 2018 and we'll be just as excited.
"It's one of those things that binds a whole country together."
