BBC Sport has announced that it will broadcast all 14 events of the new IAAF Diamond League in 2010.
The five-year deal began last weekend with the Doha Grand Prix in Qatar which was broadcast live on the Red Button.
Also included in the Diamond League series are the British Grand Prix and London Grand Prix, which will once again be on BBC One and BBC Two.
Four events will be shown live on BBC Three: Paris on June 16, Stockholm on July 6, and the grand finale events of the series in Zurich on August 19 and Brussels on August 27. All other events will be broadcast live on the Red Button.
BBC athletics editor Carl Hicks said: "It's great to be able to add the IAAF Diamond League to our athletics portfolio and it’s very exciting to be broadcasting on BBC Three to a young and diverse audience.
“2010 looks set to be a great year for British athletics with the European Championships and Commonwealth Games taking place. This deal reinforces the BBC's commitment to athletics, and the sport's increasing profile as we build up to London 2012 where it will be a key focal point."
