Red Bull has revealed it could sell the naming rights to its Formula 1 team.
Dietrich Mateschitz, the billionaire founder of the energy drinks company, told the Sunday Express: “As soon as Red Bull Racing is recognised as an established team, a title sponsor could be possible.”
He is believed to favour a luxury goods brand, according to the newspaper
Title sponsorship could bring in about £30m, which would help offset the substantial cost of running an F1 team.
The team is leading this season’s world championship after a one-two finish in last weekend’s Monaco Grand Prix.
