French club Stade Rennais has confirmed two sponsorship deals with Blot Immobilier and Breizh Cola.
Blot will continue to sponsor the back of the shirts for a further two years with the deal set to expire in 2012/13.
The successful estate agency will pay a substantial six-figure sum with their branding also set to be seen across Europe after Stade Rennais qualified for next season’s UEFA Europa League.
Blot Immobilier managing director David Blot said: “Stade Rennais grants us great visibility throughout the region.
“For us, a Rennais organisation implanted in the west, it’s a very good thing to be associated with a club which is a beacon of the town.
“Stade Rennais has a great image, we have noted that as a partner. When we are in other towns in the west, whether that is in Brest, Lorient or Caen, we notice that the club is very popular thanks to its policy of bringing players through.”
Meanwhile, Breizh Cola has confirmed it will continue its partnership with the club after a successful two-year period.
The deal is also thought to be worth an annual six-figure sum with the Breton-based firm having signed a five-year contract.
“For five years, our relationship has been excellent and we hope to continue our adventure. Ligue Un enjoys significant visibility,” said Stéphane Kerdodé, the co-founder of Breizh Cola.
“I hope to see Stade Rennais up at the top next season. Breizh Cola brings good times to Breton clubs.
“Two years ago, we became the principle sponsor of Vannes, who went to the final of the Coupe de la Ligue. This year, it was Brest who won promotion to Ligue Un. Next year will be all about Stade!”
