Club chooses sponsors in raffle 01/07/2010 |

Canvey Island’s shirts will feature the names of two new companies next season after the club held a prize draw to find its 2010/11 sponsors.
Local firms Design 4 Print and profootballboot.com each paid £150 to enter the raffle-based draw. Design 4 Print will feature on the club’s home shirts next season, while profootballboot.com will be on the away jersey.
Canvey’s commercial director Chris Sutton said: "It was fantastic to see so many local businesses embracing the raffle and we thank them all for taking part in these challenging times.
“A key amount of revenue was brought into the club and a number of new contacts have been made which I’m sure will benefit the club moving forward. I would like to personally congratulate the winning businesses.”
