The Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Association Football (CONCACAF) has promoted Jill Fracisco from director of competitions to deputy general secretary.
In her new role, Fracisco will be responsible for referee administration, travel, accommodation, meetings and congresses, facilities and protocol.
Fracisco joined CONCACAF in 1994 and the organisation’s president Jack Warner said: "Jill has played a critical role in the growth of the confederation. She is very deserving of this promotion and will no doubt continue to excel in her new role."
Fracisco's appointment coincides with CONCACAF's expansion of its referee programme and the growth of its institutional events.
"Jill's experience and skills make her uniquely qualified to further develop our referee programme and lead the expansion of our events," added CONCACAF general secretary Chuck Blazer.
