FIFA to analyze the World Cup 04/10/2010

FIFA and the Confederation of African Football (CAF) will organize a symposium from October 13-15 in Cairo, Egypt to analyze the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
Its aim is to provide a platform for the technical and tactical analysis of the tournament, staged on the African continent for the very first time, in relation to the development of football on the continent. CAF President Issa Hayatou will open the workshop on October 13, in the Egyptian capital.
Host South Africa plus Ghana, Cameroon, Nigeria, Algeria and Cote d’Ivoire were Africa’s representative at the tournament, with Ghana being the only team to advance past the group stage.
The FIFA/CAF World Cup Symposium is organized every four years, after the FIFA World Cup, to analyze the biggest football tournament.
