Saracens Rugby Club will play the US Eagles in the heart of London's financial district in November.
The team will line up against the USA at the Honourable Artillery Company's Artillery Garden on November 9, with the venue surrounded on all sides by office blocks.
The ground is currently used by the company for football and rugby during the winter and cricket in the summer, while records of sport being played on the site date back to 1725.
Saracens will play Leinster at Wembley Stadium on Saturday (October 16), its fifth fixture at the home of English football, and chairman Nigel Wray is predicting similar success in the City of London.
"As a club, we are constantly looking to take top-class rugby into new areas – we have taken matches to Wembley Stadium with great success, and now we are taking the game right into the heart of the financial capital of the world," he said.
"We look forward to hosting the US national team and enjoying another very special occasion."
