Birmingham City has appointed Bruno Zheng Wu as the club's new vice-chairman.
Wu is one of China's leading business and media entrepreneurs. His role at Birmingham is to develop China-related business and to further the club's exposure in the country.
Wu is the co-founder and former chairman of the Sun Media Group (SMG), which through its combined assets reaches 200 million consumers every month.
Prior to launching SMG, he served as chief operating officer of ATV, one of the two free-to-air networks in Hong Kong, before becoming co-chairman of Sina Corporation, the world's leading Chinese internet media company.
Wu is also currently a director at online gaming company Shanda Entertainment Company, and acting chairman of Ku6 Media Co – a major online video company in China.
